How to Download Our BETA Browser Extension
Follow these 4 steps
1. Download this folder which contains the plugin and unzip the plugin into a new folder.
2. On your preferred browser (Chrome, Edge, Opera, Brave, Vivaldi), click on Settings and then click on Extensions.
3. In the Extensions tab, enable the Developer mode and then click on Load Unpacked. Select the folder which contains the plugin and click OK.
4. In your browser tab, a new extension will appear with a green fingerprint icon.
What can you find in this BETA version?
basic cookie information (name, values and expiry date)
third-party cookies (used for advertising and marketing purposes)
You can use this information as a hint to how much data is being stored and how long it's kept for (Did you know that some websites store your data for multiple years?). Use the plugin across the websites you visit daily and try to see which websites are storing a lot of data; awareness is the first big step in data privacy.
